[問題]hspice error message

一個BJT C端接Vcc=10V B端接一組5PF電容跟一個10K電阻並聯 再串一個Vin
E端接地 Vin是個步階函數(時間t0前是0V,t0後是10V)
collector current change almost instantaneously from 0 to 20mA
要畫current waveforms of ic(t) using SPICE

請問SPICE的輸入檔要怎摸打呢~~誰可以交交我 感激不近 亦可寄信給我!!

錯誤訊息如下：
**error** reference 0:param not found
it was referenced in element 0:xfb1
param statement語法有問題?!
請高手相救!

no base series resistor ??
BJT input is very low
